About us

In place of the French gourmet restaurant Le Bourguignon of a decade ago owners Gregory and Suzanne Holzmann have opened a completely refurbished Restaurant Oliv in August 2005. Modern and cosy, with an uncomplicated and pleasant atmosphere and a cuisine which is counted among the most delicious and healthy.

A gourmet restaurant, not regarding the prices but for the art of cooking, the high level of service and the range of fresh, light dishes and selected wines.We stand for the combination of light Mediterranean food, a welcoming and attentive service and a choice of good wines at reasonable prices.
